Each custom rug is hand woven, made to order to each specification. The average process to make one oushak rug includes approval of a design rendering, hand dying the wool, weaving the entire rug by hand, washing, drying, trimming and binding which can take approximately 10-12 weeks.
*Since each rug is custom made, please note that they can differentiate 1-2 inches from the size.
We offer many sizes that fit most rooms, but if you don't see a size that works for you, please contact us and we can do any custom sizing for an upcharge.
Each of our rugs are made of 100% wool over wool foundation Turkish knotted handmade in India.

Some shedding can occur upon delivery of the rug, this is very normal and will stop over time. If there are any loose threads, never pull, always use scissors.
Unfortunately we do not offer returns. Each rug is made to order and custom made so we cannot accommodate returns. We offer the highest quality for the best pricing and are confident you’ll love the finished product!
Yes we do to extend the life of the oushak. We do not offer them on our store at this time, but we suggest purchasing here.
