Care Instructions
Like most rugs, our oushaks require regular maintenance in order to extend the life of your rug. This includes periodic vacuuming and rotation. Rugs should be vacuumed regularly to remove deeply embedded dirt. If spills occur, blot immediately with a gentle mild soap and warm water. Treat any spills or stains by blotting with a dry cloth. Avoid rubbing as this can set the stain deeper into the rug. For hard-to-remove stains, opt for a professional cleaning service.
Returns
Unfortunately we do not offer returns. Each rug is made to order and custom made so we cannot accommodate returns. We offer the highest quality for the best pricing and are confident you’ll love the finished product! Please contact us if you have any questions prior to ordering.
